Lymphatic drainage
It is a massage specialized in stimulating lymphatic circulation and deflating the body.
The lymphatic circulation is basically a set of vessels that run close to the veins and arteries and through which the body eliminates the waste that is left over from the metabolism of the cells.
In some situations the lymphatic circulation can become congested and thus block the transit of this waste that is accumulating between the cells.
In this case, swelling, a feeling of heaviness in the body and even pain in the legs and arms appear.
